Rehab/Neuro Pilates

The focus on alignment of the spine and joints while building strength makes Pilates a great choice for clients recovering from injury.  Neuromuscular work is also centered on  motor control and improving strength imbalances. 


Pilates strengthens the deep core and full body with precise movements.  We have a well planned balance of reformer work and matwork by level.

Welcome Jeanine!! We are super excited to introduce Jeanine Lopes, Pilates Instructor and Physical Therapist with many years experience!  If you are beginning or returning to fitness post injury, you will love Jeanine.  She is taking appointments on Wednesday late morning and midday.
