The focus on alignment of the spine and joints while building strength makes Pilates a great choice for clients recovering from injury. Neuromuscular work is also centered on motor control and improving strength imbalances.
Pilates strengthens the deep core and full body with precise movements. We have a well planned balance of reformer work and matwork by fitness level.

Donna is professional yet very personal. Pilates on the reformer allows exercising in a controlled way and is outstanding for recovery after surgery as well as overcoming chronic pain, injury and neuromuscular disorders.
